CAMP POLLOCK
1501 Northgate Boulevard
Sacramento, CA 95815
We’re so excited to have you all with us to celebrate our wedding in a place that means so much to us! Our venue, the beautiful and rustic Camp Pollock, is a 100-year-old, 11-acre property located along the American River in Sacramento, CA. The ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors beneath the towering oak trees, with the ground decorated in autumn leaves. After, we’ll head inside the historic lodge for dancing and festivities! Admission and parking is free - just watch out for the resident peacocks and cat colony. The venue has a hard limit of 10:00pm for all guests to be off the property, but celebration will continue at our house for the afterparty!

Details
What's the vibe?
We are choosing to make this event a casual, DIY microwedding. Surrounded by our closest friends and family, we’re looking at around 35-40 guests total.
What’s the dress code?
Dressy-casual / semi-formal. If you’d like to participate in our “theme”, aim to dress in fall colors: red, amber, mustard, brown, maroon, forest green - this is completely optional. We also recommend comfy shoes for outdoors and dancing.
What will the weather be like?
It's hard to predict so far in advance, but the average for this time of year is mildly cool, usually in the low, mid, and sometimes high -60's. Rain is unlikely but possible. As a reminder, we will move indoors when it starts to get dark.

What are we eating?
Catering will be provided by La Esperanza, the best tamales in Sacramento! We will be serving tamales (pork, chicken, and cheese & jalapeño), tacos (carnitas, chicken, birria), beans, rice, chips, salsa, and fresh corn tortillas. Appetizers are TBD.
What are we drinking?
We will provide water, beer kegs (details TBD), red and white wine, and a small variety of spirits and mixers (details TBD). We welcome and encourage you to bring anything you prefer to drink for the night. Drinks will be self-service.
Where should I park? Will there be parking costs?
Here’s a helpful map. Park admission and parking is free. The lot isn't paved, so parking boundaries can be a little confusing. Keep vehicles within the metal post and chain fence areas. The new gravel lot against the warehouse (the largest brown barn-looking building on the property) is now open for parking. The grass area directly on your right when you first enter the gate is also available for parking, all the way up to the treeline. Please try to park in tight, neat rows.

Can I bring a +1?
Yes, just please let us know beforehand so we can be prepared, and we’ll be happy to have them.
Are children welcome?
We appologize, but we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion (21+). Thank you for understanding!
